請問大家有關 max-ptc 的即時請款

剛剛達到$2要試著請款的時候
出現下列訊息
ERROR: You need to surf a minimuim of 30 Ads in order to request payout as a Standard Member
Premium Members Can cashout immediatly
一般會員要買30個廣告才支援即時支付??
如果是的話
那真的愈來愈多怪招了= ="

surf是瀏覽的意思吧?
不過 這家我沒做，不確定是不是有翻譯錯誤@@"

Standard instant payouts are on hold, as shown on the index/News page of Max-ptc. We are strongly considering various payout options for standard members. Statistics show that there are just to many standard members cheating. We may have to implement that all members apply for our monthly subscription in order to be paid instantly. These are things that need to be dealt with while we are still in Beta mode. Please give us your thoughts and suggestions concerning this and take part in the poll provided..

目前看到的狀況是，如果有說錯的，還請各位修正或補充^^
提高到$5元最低支付，高級會員有支援即時支付(不過好像還有問題)
一般會員要最快48小時支付
