TW Paypal 已不能使用個人付款
只能用大宗付款
不知各位大大的帳號也是這樣嗎??

我有做測試.....
雖然個人帳戶有出現大宗付款的選項
但是卻不能使用,所以還是一樣要升級帳戶才能用大宗付款

根據PAYPAL網頁對大宗付款的說明

每次付款時只需支付付款金額 2.0% 的低廉費用，上限為 $1.00 USD（或付款貨幣的等值金額），即可進行集中付款。

依照目前PAYPAL的最新規則，使用一般的方式付款給其他使用者，收款方會被抽取的手續費
請問假設改用大宗付款，我的付款方式 premier account 收款方是 personal account
那付款方會被收2%手續費，而收款方還會被收手續費(3.4%+NT10)嗎?

因為沒使用過大宗付款，希望更確定他的使用流程與費用

要認證帳號及升級為特選會員

1.進行大宗付款 每筆金額就是被收2%
開下線會大大 我是幫大家吸收掉
0.01~0.74 收0.01 USD
0.75~1.24 收0.02 USD
所以.....每週反佣 對上線用MASSPAY 是一個很大的負擔.....(一個月發一次反佣也不錯)
今天下線反佣 0.61 我發返佣給下線就是 0.61 +0.01(要給PP 2%的手續費)
上線發出的費用就是0.62 USD

不用大宗付款CASE:
下線反佣要發 0.34 你發給 下線,下線收到 馬上就會寫EMAIL 給你了
因為它收到 0 USD 0.34 手續費已被PP收走

無法在透過個人付款
就是不用付手續費
一般商業支付就是0.34 usd
