BNO持有人而有合法居留，如，BNO Visa或學生簽證等，也可以有投票權。除體現民主外，也可以增加你的credit 分數，這對借貸買樓，開信用卡很有影響。與香港不同，銀行不是看你有多少存款，銀行是看credit 紀錄。而香港HSBC的信用紀錄是不能轉去HSBC UK的。便如白紙一張，突然改變成何許人!

Who can register
You must be aged 16 or over (or 14 or over in Scotland and Wales).
You must also be one of the following:– a British citizen
– an Irish or EU citizen living in the UK
– a Commonwealth citizen who has permission to enter or stay in the UK, or who does not need permission
– a citizen of another country living in Scotland or Wales who has permission to enter or stay in the UK, or who does not need permission
持BNO passport 的身份，應是Commonwealth citizen。而在填表時，要在Nationality選自己是British。
次後，會收到Council的確認信。而有選舉時，便會收到投票卡了。
Poll Card 到手，5月17日才正式完lockdown，5月6日去投票，感覺怪怪的。
